- A key deliverable is the creation of forward-looking financial models using multiple scenarios; we tailor the model to each client’s needs, but strongly recommend at least a five-year model.

Having established your baseline path to value, the next step in VCI’s process is to ensure ongoing adherence to that plan. If desired, we could advise and steer the management of corporate finance functions with a consistent CFO-level focus on business strategy and forecasting.
