Jim Ciminelli

President & Founder

Jim has more than 30 years of experience in corporate financial management and transaction advisory. He started his career in the financial services industry in New York City as a CPA with Ernst & Young, and later as a Vice President with Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank. He served as the Chief Financial Officer for Acme Cryogenics, a PA-based manufacturer of specialty gas equipment, for over ten years and was instrumental in facilitating the successful sale of the business to a private equity buyer.

Prior to and since forming VCI, Jim has provided pivotal financial management to over three dozen companies, and has directly negotiated and managed over two dozen mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions.
